I
don't understand why the Futuro™ strap provides such pain
relief in my knee, but I can put the strap on when my
knee is hurting and almost immediately it starts
providing relief. I will wear it sometimes for several
days, and then leave it off until the next time my knee
starts to hurt. I would recommend it to anyone to at
least try and see if it helps you. The transaction with
Amazon went very smoothly and no problems.

Wrap strap just below knee, with Pressure Pad
directly under kneecap, against skin.

Loop strap through buckle and adhere
fastener.
3.
Adjust strap until fit is firm, yet comfortable.
DO NOT constrict blood flow.
Close strap fastener
before washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot)
water. Rinse well and air dry. DO NOT: machine wash, tumble
dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
Some individuals
may be sensitive to neoprene or neoprene-blend rubber. If a
rash develops, discontinue use and consult a
physician.
